Over a two year period Pacific Green was able to plan, design, produce the engineering, to fit over 120 large marine vessels, for multiple clients, with our patented ENVI-Marine™ emission control devices.
Collectively the ENVI™ devices are estimated to have captured over 60,000 tonnes of sulphur since being installed. This was an ambitious project involving a $20 million plus order book.
Client Case Study - Scorpio
Just one of the shipping companies to take advantage of the ENVI-Marine™ System was Scorpio Tankers and Bulkers. Pacific Green had a dedicated team to plan and execute an 88 vessel project in rapid succession.
Working closely with the client
Project involved 88 vessels with a dedicated PGT team to plan and execute.
Pacific Green allocated a special project team to be located in Scorpio’s Monaco office working closely with Scorpio’s project team to develop an efficient plan for the intensive installation schedule.
During the scrubber fabrication phase, 6 dedicated PGT QA/QC engineers were on- site in the factories in to ensure that the highest quality product was delivered to the client.

Pacific Green forged a strong JV partnership with PowerChina, who supplied the installation supervision and commissioning personnel in each shipyard where the vessels were under retrofit.
